Admin Guide
This section is for Oflync team members who manage the platform, support partners, and issue voucher codes.
Logging in
- Open the Admin Console
- Enter your admin username and password
- Click Log in
Admin access is separate from partner and customer accounts. Contact your Oflync team lead if you need access.
What admins can do

Creating voucher codes
Partners can activate subscriptions for free using voucher codes you create.
Steps to create a voucher
- Log in to the Admin Console
- Go to SaaS Coupons (or Vouchers)
- Click Create coupon
- Fill in the details:

| Code | A unique code partners will type (e.g. WELCOME2026) |
| Description | Internal note about who this is for |
| Plan | Which plan it unlocks — Starter (3 months) or Standard (6 months) |
| Expiry date | When the code stops working |
| Usage type | Single use (one partner ever) or Multi use (many partners, each once) |
- Click Save
The voucher is active immediately. Share the code with the partner.
Managing existing vouchers
- View all coupons — see which are used and unused
- Deactivate — stop a code from being redeemed (e.g. if shared by mistake)
- View stats — see how many times a code has been redeemed
Handling partner support requests
- Go to Partner support in the Admin Console
- Review open requests from partners
- Respond or assign to a team member
- Mark as resolved when done
Partners submit requests from Settings in the Partner Portal.
Subscription approvals
Some paid subscriptions may need admin approval before products go live:
- Go to Subscriptions in the Admin Console
- Review pending requests
- Approve or reject with a reason
Voucher activations
Subscriptions activated with a voucher code go live immediately — no approval needed.
Adding other admin users
Only the primary admin can create new admin accounts. Contact your platform lead if you need a new admin user added.
