How to use it — daily workflow

Tracking income

  • Payments collected through Billing Desk (online) appear automatically
  • For cash sales, log income manually or ensure invoices are created in Billing Desk

  1. Open Cashflow
  2. Click Add expense
  3. Enter amount, category, and date
  4. Save

Monthly review

  1. Open Cashflow
  2. Switch to Monthly view
  3. Compare income vs expenses
  4. Use insights for planning
