Cashflow

See your money in and out — not just surprises at month-end.

What it does

Cashflow gives you a clear picture of your business income and expenses over time. Track daily revenue, log costs, and spot trends across months and years.

Who it's for

  • Any business owner who wants financial visibility
  • Partners using Billing Desk for customer payments
  • Multi-outlet businesses that need all-outlet and per-outlet views

Key things you can do

  • Always see overall inflow / outflow / net across all outlets for the month
  • Open an outlet workspace to record entries and review that outlet’s ledger
  • View income and expenses by month or year (all outlets or one outlet)
  • See revenue from Billing Desk payments recorded automatically
  • Manually log income and expenses (rent, supplies, utilities, etc.)

How to use it — daily workflow

1. Overall picture (all outlets)

  1. Open Cashflow
  2. At the top, check All outlets for this month’s total inflow, outflow, and net
  3. Use Minimize if you want a compact strip while you work an outlet

Overall totals always stay available — they do not disappear when you select an outlet.

2. Outlet workspace

  1. Under Outlet workspace, select an outlet
  2. Review that outlet’s inflow / outflow / net for the month
  3. Add an Inflow or Outflow entry (amount, date, optional category/note)
  4. Review the outlet ledger (newest first)
  5. Use Clear selection to return to overall-only

Tracking income

  • Payments collected through Billing Desk (online) appear automatically
  • For cash sales, log income manually in the outlet workspace

Tracking expenses

  1. Select the outlet
  2. Choose Outflow (expense)
  3. Enter amount, category, and date → Save entry

Yearly report

  1. Open Yearly report
  2. Choose All outlets or the outlet you selected on Entries
  3. Review yearly totals and the month-by-month breakdown

Common questions

Does Cashflow connect to my bank account?
No. You log income and expenses in Oflync. Bank integration may come in future updates.

Are Billing Desk payments counted automatically?
Yes. Online payments verified through Billing Desk are recorded in Cashflow.

Do overall totals change when I pick an outlet?
No. Overall stays account-wide. The outlet workspace shows a separate summary for that outlet only.

Can I export my cashflow data?
Check the Cashflow page for export options, or contact support for reports.

Can another app post cashflow for me?
Yes. Create an API key under API connectors and share it with the integrator (for example Whatzneu). Technical details: Cashflow connector API.

What expense categories should I use?
Use categories that match your business — rent, salaries, supplies, marketing, utilities, etc.
