Understand when you can get a refund and how to request one.

How to request a refund (paid subscriptions)

  1. Log in to the Partner Portal
  2. Go to Subscription
  3. Find your active paid subscription
  4. Click Request cancel & refund (or contact support)
  5. Your request is reviewed by the Oflync team
  6. If approved, the refund is processed to your original payment method
  7. Your product access is deactivated after refund

Timeline: Refunds are typically processed within a few business days after approval.

What happens after a refund

  • All paid products are locked again
  • You keep access to free features (Connect, outlets, settings)
  • You can subscribe again or redeem a new voucher anytime

What is not refundable

  • Subscriptions activated with a voucher code
  • Subscriptions older than 30 days
  • Partial refunds for unused months

Money-back promise

Oflync may display a money-back guarantee on the website. The operational policy is a 30-day refund window for online payments as described above. Contact support if you have questions about your specific case.

Cancelling without a refund

If you are outside the 30-day window:

  • Your subscription runs until the expiry date
  • Products lock automatically when the plan expires
  • No further charges apply (plans are prepaid, not auto-renewing unless stated)

Common questions

I redeemed a voucher by mistake. Can I undo it?
Voucher activations cannot be reversed. Contact support if you believe there was an error.

How long does the refund take?
Usually 5–7 business days to your bank or UPI after approval, depending on your bank.

Can I get a refund for just one product?
Plans are sold as a bundle. Refunds apply to the full subscription, not individual products.

Who approves my refund?
The Oflync support team reviews and approves refund requests.
