Answers to common questions about logging in, passwords, and account access.
Partner Portal login
- Go to the Oflync Partner Portal
- Enter your email or phone and password
- Click Log in
You stay logged in for several weeks. If you see a login screen again, your session expired — just log in once more.
Customer app login
- Open the Oflync customer app or website
- Enter your phone number and password
- Click Log in
Forgot password
- Go to the login page
- Click Forgot password
- Enter your registered email or phone
- Follow the instructions to reset your password
Phone verification (OTP)
Sometimes Oflync sends a one-time code to your phone:
- Enter your phone number when asked
- Check SMS for the code
- Enter it within a few minutes
- If it expires, tap Resend
Logging out
- Click your profile or account menu in the top corner
- Select Log out
Always log out on shared or public computers.
Multiple accounts

| You own a business AND book elsewhere | You may need separate partner and customer accounts |
| You have multiple outlets | One partner account manages all outlets |
| Team members need access | Invite them via Settings → Team management |
Session expired?
If pages stop loading or you see "unauthorized":
- Log out and log back in
- Clear your browser cache if problems persist
- Try a different browser
- Contact support if still stuck
Common questions
Can I change my login email?
Update it in Settings → Profile. You may need to verify the new email.
Can two people use the same login?
Technically yes, but we recommend separate team member accounts for accountability.
Why was I logged out?
Sessions expire after a period of inactivity for security.
I'm locked out after too many wrong passwords.
Wait a few minutes and try again, or use Forgot password.
