60-Day Free Trial
Every new partner account starts with a 60-day free trial. All products are unlocked from the moment you sign up, and you don't need a card or a voucher.
What's included
The trial unlocks the same products as a paid plan:
- Appointments
- Cashflow and Invoices
- Staff Management
- Membership
- Financial Threads
- Sales
- Recruitments
- Fund Treasury
There are no feature limits during the trial. Everything you create — outlets, bookings, invoices, ledgers — stays on your account after the trial.
How it starts
- Sign up as a partner on the Join oflync page
- Your account and first outlet are created
- The trial starts the same day and runs for 60 days, including the signup day
Each account gets one trial. Accounts that existed before trials were introduced, or that already used a trial, don't get a new one.
Keeping track of your trial

The trial also shows under Subscription → My subscriptions as Free trial, with its end date.
All trial emails and banners say free trial, so you can always tell them apart from reminders about a paid plan.
Buying a plan during the trial
You can buy a plan at any time during the trial — you don't have to wait for the renewal window.
- The plan starts the day you buy it.
- The trial ends immediately, even if it had days left. Unused trial days are not added to your plan.
- Paying online and redeeming a voucher both work the same way.
To buy a plan, select Choose a plan on the banner, or go to Subscription → Browse catalog. See Subscription Plans for the options.
When the trial ends
If you don't choose a plan, the paid products lock the day after the trial ends. Your data is kept, and the free features keep working. Buy a plan or redeem a voucher whenever you're ready to unlock everything again.
Common questions
Do I need a card to start the trial?
No. The trial starts automatically when you sign up.
Will I be charged when the trial ends?
No. Nothing is charged automatically. You only pay if you choose a plan.
Can I get a refund for the trial?
There's nothing to refund — the trial is free. Refunds apply to paid plans only; see Refunds.
Can I extend my trial?
Trials can't be extended from the portal. Contact support if you need more time to evaluate.
