Redeem a Voucher
If you received a voucher code (also called a coupon or promo code) from Oflync or your account manager, you can use it to activate your subscription for free — no payment needed.
What a voucher does
- Unlocks all Oflync products (same as a paid plan)
- Activates immediately after you enter the code
- Works for Starter (3 months) or Standard (6 months), depending on the voucher
Before you redeem
- You must be logged in to the Partner Portal
- You need a valid, unexpired voucher code
- You should not already have active products (unless renewing near expiry)
Non-refundable
Subscriptions activated with a voucher cannot be refunded. This is shown on the subscription page before you redeem.
How to redeem step by step
- Log in to the Partner Portal
- Go to Subscription
- Open the Browse catalog tab
- Select the plan your voucher is for (Starter or Standard)
- Scroll to "Have a coupon code?"
- Type your voucher code (letters are automatically capitalised)
- Click Redeem coupon
- Wait a moment — on success, all products unlock immediately
How to confirm it worked
- Products show as unlocked in the Product Launcher (sidebar)
- Subscription → My subscriptions shows your active plan and expiry date
- Transaction history shows the redemption with amount ₹0 and your voucher code
Voucher rules
| Rule | Explanation |

| One use per account | Each voucher can only be used once on your account |
| Expiry date | Vouchers stop working after their expiry date |
| Plan binding | Some vouchers work only for Starter or Standard — pick the matching plan |
| Single-use vouchers | Some codes work for only one business ever — first come, first served |

Your account manager gives you code
LAUNCH3MOfor a 3-month Starter plan.
- Go to Subscription → Browse catalog
- Select Starter
- Enter
LAUNCH3MO- Click Redeem coupon
- Appointments, Billing Desk, Cashflow, Staff, and other products unlock for 3 months
Troubleshooting
| Error message | What to do |
|---|---|
| Invalid coupon code | Check spelling. Codes are not case-sensitive but must match exactly |
| Coupon expired | Request a new code from your account manager |
| Already redeemed | Each account can use a code only once |
| Already have active access | Wait until near expiry, or contact support |
| Coupon no longer active | The code was deactivated — request a new one |
