How to use it — hiring workflow

  1. Open Recruitments
  2. Browse available candidates or add someone manually
  3. Add promising candidates to your pipeline
  4. Update status as you go:
    • Applied → Shortlisted → Interviewed → Offered → Hired → Rejected
  5. When someone is hired, add them to Staff Management

Tips

  • Update candidate status promptly — a messy pipeline loses good people
  • Add notes after each interview for future reference
  • Don't leave candidates in "Interviewed" status for weeks without follow-up
