Outlets & Services

Your outlet is your shop, branch, or salon on Oflync. Set it up well so customers can find you and book the right services.

What is an outlet?

An outlet is one business location. If you have three shops, you add three outlets. Each outlet has:

  • Name and address
  • Opening hours
  • Contact phone and email
  • List of services with prices
  • Optional logo
  • Optional Maps location link and Rating link (shown on Explore and your public page)

Adding your first outlet

  1. Log in to the Partner Portal
  2. Go to Outlets
  3. Click Add outlet
  4. Fill in:
    • Outlet name (e.g. "Sunrise Salon — MG Road")
    • Full address with city, state, and PIN
    • Phone and email for this location
    • Opening hours for each day
    • Optional: Maps location link and Rating link (see below)
  5. Click Save

Adding services

Services are what customers book or buy. Add them per outlet:

  1. Go to Outlets and select your outlet
  2. Open the Services section
  3. Click Add service
  4. Enter:
    • Service name (e.g. "Hair Cut", "Facial")
    • Category (salon, retail, etc.)
    • Duration (for appointment-based services)
    • Price in ₹
    • Optional description
  5. Click Save

Repeat for each service you offer.

Different hours per branchSet hours individually per outlet

On create or edit outlet, you can add two public links. Both appear on Explore and on your public outlet page.

FieldWhat to pasteWhat customers see
Maps location linkGoogle Maps (or similar) share URL for this shopView on Map
Rating linkGoogle, Trustpilot, or any public reviews pageReviews

These are optional. If Maps link is empty, Explore still uses latitude/longitude when those are set. If Rating link is empty, no reviews link is shown.

How to add or change them later

  1. Partner Portal → Outlets
  2. Open the outlet → Edit
  3. Under contact / web details, fill Maps location link and Rating link
  4. Save

Your public outlet page

Customers can find your outlet online. Make sure:

  • Address is accurate (helps with search and maps)
  • Maps location link opens the right place on Maps
  • Rating link points to your live Google, Trustpilot, or other reviews page
  • Hours reflect when you are actually open
  • Services and prices are up to date
  • Logo looks professional

Tips

  • Start with one outlet — get it right before adding branches
  • Keep durations realistic — a 30-minute slot for a 2-hour facial causes scheduling problems
  • Update prices when they change — old prices confuse customers and staff
  • Mark closed days — so customers don't book when you are shut

Common questions

Can I have different prices at different branches?
Yes. Services and prices are set per outlet.

What if I close temporarily?
Update your hours or mark the outlet as closed in settings.

Do I need services to use Billing Desk?
Helpful but not required. You can add custom line items when billing.

Can customers see all my outlets?
Yes. Each outlet has its own listing. Customers pick the location they want to visit.

Can the rating link be Trustpilot instead of Google?
Yes. Use any public reviews URL — Google, Trustpilot, or another site. The field is Rating link, not Google-only.
