Pay for Your Subscription
Pay securely online to activate your Oflync subscription and unlock all products.
Before you pay
- You must be logged in to the Partner Portal
- You should not already have an active subscription (unless you are renewing within 15 days of expiry)
How to pay step by step
- Log in to the Partner Portal
- Go to Subscription
- Open the Browse catalog tab
- Choose Starter (3 months) or Standard (6 months)
- Click Pay now or Subscribe
- The Razorpay payment window opens
- Complete payment using UPI, card, net banking, or wallet
- After success, you return to Oflync and all products unlock immediately
What happens after payment
- All products appear as unlocked in your Product Launcher
- You receive a payment receipt by email
- The payment appears in Subscription → Transaction history
- You can start using Appointments, Billing Desk, Cashflow, and other tools right away
Viewing your payment history
- Go to Subscription
- Open Transaction history
- See date, amount, plan name, and payment reference
Renewing
When your plan is close to expiring:
- Go to Subscription → Browse catalog
- Select your plan again
- Pay as usual
You can renew starting 15 days before expiry.
Troubleshooting
| Problem | What to do |

| Pay button is greyed out | You may already have an active plan. Check My subscriptions |
| Payment succeeded but products still locked | Refresh the page. If still locked after a few minutes, contact support |
| No receipt email | Check spam folder. Payment history in the portal is your record |
| Payment failed | Try again or use a different payment method. No charge is made on failure |

Important note about in-store payments
Paying for your Oflync subscription is different from collecting money from your customers at the billing counter. Customer payments at your shop use Billing Desk — see Collect payments from customers.
