Customer Sign-Up

Create a customer account to book appointments and manage your profile on Oflync.

Before you begin

You will need:

  • Your name
  • Phone number
  • Email address
  • A password

How to sign up

  1. Open the Oflync customer app or website
  2. Click Sign up or Create account
  3. Fill in your name, phone, email, and password
  4. Click Create account

You are logged in automatically after sign-up.

What you can do as a customer

Booking without an account

Some businesses allow quick booking without full sign-up — useful for walk-in visits. Ask the business if this is available, or book at the counter when you visit.

Phone verification (OTP)

For some actions, Oflync may send a one-time code (OTP) to your phone:

  1. Enter your phone number when prompted
  2. Check your SMS for the code
  3. Enter the code to verify

This keeps your account secure.

Logging in

  1. Go to the login page
  2. Enter your phone number and password
  3. Click Log in

Common questions

Can I cancel a booking?
Yes. Open your booking from My bookings and choose Cancel (subject to the business's cancellation policy).

Can I book at multiple businesses?
Yes. One customer account works across all businesses on Oflync.

I did not receive the OTP.
Wait a minute and tap Resend. Check that your phone number is correct.

Is my data shared with businesses?
Businesses you book with can see your name and contact details needed for the appointment. Your full profile is not shared with unrelated businesses.
