How customers book
Customers book appointments on Oflync without creating an account. There is no customer login or sign-up on the public website right now.
They find a business, open its public page, and use Book appointment.
Before they book
The customer only needs:
- Their name
- Phone number
- Email address
- A preferred date and time
No password or Oflync account is required.
How to book (customer)
- Open oflync.com and go to Explore (or Find a Business)
- Optionally open View on Map or Reviews if the outlet has those links
- Open the outlet they want
- Click Book appointment
- Enter name, phone, email, and a time slot
- Confirm
They receive a confirmation email. They can reply to that email if they have questions (when the outlet has set an appointment communication email).
Partners can also send customers straight into the booking popup from their own website:
https://oflync.com/outlets/{outlet-slug}?book=1&source={your-page-url}
See Appointments → Embedding quick booking.
