Using Your Dashboard
Your dashboard is the home base for running your business on Oflync.
Opening the dashboard
- Log in to the Partner Portal
- You land on the Dashboard automatically
- Or click Dashboard in the sidebar anytime
What's on the dashboard

Product Launcher
The sidebar shows all available products:
- Active products — click to open (Appointments, Billing Desk, etc.)
- Locked products — click to go to Subscription and activate
Product order: Appointments → Billing Desk → Cashflow → Recruitments → Staff
A typical day on the dashboard
Morning
- Open dashboard and check today's appointments
- Review any new online bookings overnight
- Confirm staff assignments for the day
During the day
- Use Quick Bookings for walk-in customers
- Bill completed services via Billing Desk
- Log any expenses in Cashflow
End of day
- Review the day's revenue in Cashflow
- Check tomorrow's appointment schedule
Quick Bookings
For walk-in customers who don't have an account:
- Click Quick Bookings from the dashboard or Appointments
- Select service and time
- Enter customer name and phone
- Confirm — done in under a minute

Common questions
Why are some products locked?
Your subscription may have expired, or you haven't subscribed yet. Go to Subscription to activate.
Can I customise the dashboard?
The layout is standard. Use the Product Launcher to jump to the tools you use most.
Where do I see notifications?
Check the dashboard overview and individual product pages for alerts and recent activity.
