Manage field agents who collect payments on daily routes.

What it does

Route Collection helps businesses with field teams — agents who visit customers on scheduled routes to collect payments. You manage routes, agents, and customers from the Partner Portal; agents use the Endline mobile app in the field.

How to set up Route Collection

Step 1 — Set up routes

  1. Open Route Collection in the Partner Portal
  2. Create a route with a name and schedule
  3. Add customers/borrowers to the route

Step 2 — Create field agents

  1. Go to agent management
  2. Add each agent's name and phone
  3. Generate an access code for each agent
  4. Share the code securely with the agent

Step 3 — Deploy the Endline app

  1. Agents download the Endline mobile app
  2. They log in with:
    • Organisation ID (provided by you)
    • Their phone number
    • Their access code
  3. They follow their route and record collections

Daily workflow

You (partner): Review routes and agent assignments each morning.

Your agents: Open Endline → follow route → collect payments → record in app.

End of day: Review collections in the Partner Portal.

Common questions

Do agents need a Partner Portal login?
No. Agents use the Endline mobile app with their access code — not the Partner Portal.

Can one agent have multiple routes?
Yes, depending on how you configure routes.

Is Route Collection included in my plan?
Yes, when you subscribe to Starter or Standard (or redeem a voucher).

What if an agent forgets their access code?
Generate a new code from agent management in the Partner Portal.
