Billing Desk
Your counter till for invoices, totals, and customer payments.
What it does
Billing Desk lets you create invoices, bill customers at your outlet, and keep revenue records aligned with what you actually sold — without spreadsheets.
Who it's for
- Retail shops processing counter sales
- Salons billing after services
- Any outlet that needs proper invoicing
Key things you can do
- Create invoices for services and products
- Bill against your outlet's service catalog
- Keep outlet-level billing separate for each branch
- Search or quick-create Customer Registry customers (name, phone, email, address, ZIP)
- Quick customer recognition — paste/scan
OFLYNC:CUST:…to load a customer - With Membership subscribed: sell membership plans, apply
MEM…codes (or auto-apply when the customer has an active card), and open the customer QR card (PDF / email)
How to use it — daily workflow
- Customer completes a service or purchase

Membership at the till
- Select or create a registry customer
- Sell membership — add an active plan as a line, then submit; the
MEM…card is issued (emailed if email is on file) - Apply membership — enter the code, or select a customer who already has an applicable active card
- Member % applies to services/products only — not to the membership sale line
- Codes from deactivated plans will not apply (reactivate the plan under Membership → Plans)

Tips

- Always select the correct outlet when billing — totals are tracked per location
- Keep customer email on file if you sell memberships or send recognition QR cards
- Pair with Cashflow when you want counter sales reflected in income tracking
Common questions
Is Billing Desk the same as paying for my Oflync subscription?
No. Billing Desk is for collecting money from your customers. Subscription payment is what you pay Oflync for using the platform.
Can I print invoices?
Yes. Generate and print or share invoices from Billing Desk.
Can I bill without an appointment?
Yes. Open Billing Desk anytime for walk-in sales.
How do I find a returning customer quickly?
Use search, or scan/paste their customer recognition QR (OFLYNC:CUST:…). Membership discounts still use the MEM… code or auto-apply.
