Billing Desk lets you create invoices, bill customers at your outlet, and keep revenue records aligned with what you actually sold — without spreadsheets.

Key things you can do
- Create invoices for services and products
- Bill against your outlet's service catalog
- Accept online payments from customers via UPI, card, or net banking (requires Cashflow)
- Keep outlet-level billing separate for each branch
How to use it — daily workflow
- Customer completes a service or purchase
- Open Billing Desk from the sidebar
- Select your outlet
- Add line items (services or products)
- Review the total
- Either:
- Save invoice for cash payment, or
- Collect payment online via Razorpay (customer pays on the spot)
- Give the customer their receipt
Before you can collect online payments
Online customer payments through Billing Desk need:
- Cashflow active on your subscription
- Billing Desk active on your subscription
Cash payments and invoice creation work with Billing Desk alone.
Tips
- Set up your service catalog with correct prices before billing
- Always select the correct outlet when billing — totals are tracked per location
- After online payment, the amount appears in Cashflow automatically
Common questions
Is Billing Desk the same as paying for my Oflync subscription?
No. Billing Desk is for collecting money from your customers. Subscription payment is what you pay Oflync for using the platform.
Can I print invoices?
Yes. Generate and print or share invoices from Billing Desk.
Do I need Cashflow for basic invoicing?
Invoice creation works with Billing Desk. Cashflow is needed for online payment collection and income tracking.
Can I bill without an appointment?
Yes. Open Billing Desk anytime for walk-in sales.
